Southerleigh, Fine Food and Brewery, will be the new eatery in the Historic Brewhouse at Pearl. Named for the common Gulf breeze and the Texas drift's pleased feeling of place, Southerleigh will serve Chef Jeff Balfour's present day go up against Texas' multifaceted cooking from fish, to hamburger, to little plates. The on-commence distillery will offer a pivoting cluster of unique formula, make clump lagers from Master Brewer, Les Locke.

Southerleigh is established at the one of a kind crossing point of societies that make up the storied abundance of Texas and Pearl. This culinary intersection (Coastal, Cowboy, Spanish, German, Creole... every one of the kinds of Texas' notable roux) is the place Chef Jeff Balfour, conceived in Galveston, creates a food of both contemporary mind and blustery Southern appeal.
