We work hard and have fun while dancing to popular, current music! Come get a great hour workout - 40 minutes of cardio work and 20 minutes of strength training every day of the week and burn up to 600 calories a class!
We offer 25 classes weekly for you to choose from to best fit your schedule.
Churchill West Classes:
Sun 4pm
Mon-Fri 8am & 9am
Mon-Thurs 4:30pm/5:30pm/6:30pm
Sat 7:30am/9am
