Outdoor event on the grounds of the Huebner-Onion Homestead and Stagecoach Stop.
Parking available at Leon Valley City Hall with Peace Officer assistance at the crosswalk.
Free Admission! Donations welcome.
Born in 1890, Harriet would have been 133 on Feb. 13. A substitute schoolteacher in the Northside Independent School District, she is loved and remembered by many still today. She was the last person to call the Huebner-Onion Homestead home.
The Huebner-Onion Homestead and Stagecoach Stop circa 1862 is a Texas Historic Landmark and is listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Event is hosted by the Leon Valley Historical Society, a 501 (c) 3 non-profit run entirely by volunteers.
