When the body is met with restrictions it hinders our well-being, both physically and mentally. LJ quickly learned this lesson after a series of chronic injuries put a halt to his active lifestyle. During the rehabilitation process, he experienced the power of massage for pain relief and range of motion restoration. So much so, he pursued a massage therapy license with the intention to duplicate the same beautiful relief he felt with massage.

A life-long passion for dance has helped LJ develop a comprehensive understanding of movement, with implications for clients through all walks of life. Through deep tissue, trigger point, and sports massage therapy, his goal is to restore healthy movement the way nature intended for the body.
