Hemisfair Plaza

In 2009, the San Antonio City Council set up the Hemisfair Park Area Redevelopment Corporation (HPARC), a nearby government association selected to oversee and revive the Hemisfair zone.

HPARC is a 501(c)3 philanthropic nearby government company that was established on seven rule that viably control all choices in the redevelopment procedure of Hemisfair; network, advancement, green space, adjust, safeguarding, maintainability, and authority.

The general mission of HPARC is to extend the current stop, and enhance its quality by combining the idea of conservation and development. HPARC would like to make an astounding open space at the core of San Antonio, finish with squares, patios, green space, workmanship and social civilities, living arrangements, and nearby organizations. The arrangement for Hemisfair will develop the downtown area resource into an aggregate space, overflowing with guests, fervor, and usefulness.
